Although only 400 metres from the centre of Valberg the Chalet sits on private land along a quiet road, with its own drive and ample off-street parking. The garden is approximately 800 sq metres and is grassed.

Chalet

The Chalet has two floors - A large open plan main floor and an upper floor containing bedrooms and a bathroom. The main floor hallway leads to a fully fitted kitchen containing a breakfast bar as well as a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, raclette, coffee maker, ironing board and iron. The kitchen leads into the dining area, where there is seating for eight, which can be extended to seating for twelve. Linked to the dining area is the lounge which contains two sofas, one of which converts into a bed. This area can be screened off to create a fourth bedroom. The lounge area also contains a tv, with dvd and video players.

Beyond the dining area and lounge, through two sets of sliding doors is a large well furnished balcony up to 4 metres deep with uninterrupted, southward facing, panoramic views of over twenty miles. This floor also contains a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also an additional wc in an adjacent room.

The stairwell sits at the base of a 5 metre vaulted ceiling. Upstairs, the landing leads to three bedrooms, each with a vaulted ceiling, a balcony and fully fitted wardrobes. There is one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with three beds. In addition there are two luxury pull out beds, which can be used in any room. We also provide a babies cot and high chair. This floor also has a bathroom, containing a bath, wc and bidet.

Studio

The front door leads into the main living area containing the sofa beds, tv, dvd and video. This area also contains a fully fitted full length wardrobe and a full length fully shelved cupboard, as well as plenty of additional stylish open shelving. The studio is open plan and beyond the main living area lies the brand new kitchen contining a hob, oven, microwave and small fridge freezer. This leads through sliding doors to the large exterior terrace area. The vista is an uninterrupted, southward facing panorama, of over twenty miles. The bathroom is adjacent to the main living area and contains a shower, washbasin and wc. Two bunk beds are also provided in a separate area that can be screened off from the main living area to create an additional sleeping room.
